In other news..

I had it out with Parachute man on the phone last night about his ridiculous excuse for not calling me the other night. He called me last night (as I suspected he would) and immediately after saying 'hello' - he waits a few seconds and then says 'what's wrong?'. He knew what was wrong and I thought it was kinda funny (and cute) that he put it in question form instead of just saying straight off that he was sorry. I asked him what he thought was wrong. He laughed uncomfortably and fessed up that he knew and apologized. But I was really put off by the whole thing so I did not accept his apology without spelling out how inconsiderate his actions were. So, we argued about it. Well, I argued and made him feel bad which, in turn, made me feel bad. I hate that he made me do something that made me feel bad in the end. Anyway, in the end, it was a frank exchange and i feel good about it. He asked me how he could make it up to me. And I did not say anything. Then he asked if I even wanted him to make it up to me. And I, honestly, said that I did not know that because I did not know him.

He said he really wanted to come out to Brooklyn and see his neighborhood. We'll see....
