Parachute man does it again

(my longer post just got deleted for some reason - here is the abridged version)

(1) Was suppposed to meet up with parachute man last night after dinner with colleagues
(2) He wrote during the day asking me to steal away to Brooklyn for a rooftop sunset and he'd get me back in time for dinner

(aside: awesome suggestion, tickled me inside, made me want to see him more AND, of course, shows that he wants to see me too..)

(3) I decline for work and we decide to see each other later
(4) After dinner, I decline the offer to have another drink with my colleague (mr.small, btw) to meet up with Cobaltdan
(5) I call, leave message and NOTHING. nothing. nothing

Whathefha?

Angry and confused, I go out and meet another friend for a drink. Part of me was thinking maybe I'd called back to late (10ish)..

Anyway, I wake up this morning to this message:

lila,

how was dinner?
my phone died mid evening, went to les enfants thinking you might show up..
i stayed a bit too long and now my head is paining...

talk to you later?

What is wrong with this boy? I am going to have to confront him and ask him HOW or WHY he is so inconsiderate of me and my time. If this incident were isolated - then maybe. But, we've got a pattern here. Maybe he is an alcoholic?
